Go-live checklist

Six checks to run in the last hour before you press the live button.

Most live show problems are not technical. They are details that get missed in the rush before going live. Run this list one hour out.

Checklist

  1. Title and description. Read both out loud. They show on the storefront and in social shares.
  2. Products. Confirm prices, images, and stock for every product attached to the show.
  3. Host device. Battery above 60%. Buuse app updated. Background apps closed.
  4. Network. Run a speed test. Upload should be at least 5 Mbps for 1080p.
  5. Lighting and sound. Face lit from the front. Microphone within 30 cm of the host.
  6. Storefront. Open the page in an incognito window and confirm the player loads.
