Stream keeps buffering
Diagnose viewer-side and host-side issues in five minutes.

Buffering is almost always one of three things: host upload, CDN edge, or viewer connection. Check them in that order.
Host upload
Open Show → Live monitor during the broadcast. The Upload card shows the host bitrate in real time. Below 2 Mbps means the host network is the bottleneck.
CDN edge
If host upload is healthy but viewers complain, check the CDN status page. Buuse routes through multiple providers, so a regional outage is rare but possible.
Viewer connection
Single-viewer reports usually mean local network issues. The player automatically downgrades quality, but a viewer below 1 Mbps will still see freezes.
