What to do when a customer asks to remove their video.

Customers can revoke consent at any time. When they do, you have an obligation to remove the video everywhere it appears, not just on your storefront.
Step 1. Remove from Buuse
Open the submission and click Revoke and remove. The video disappears from every storefront widget within sixty seconds and the original file is deleted within seven days.
Step 2. Pull from ad platforms
If you used the video in Meta, TikTok, or Google ads, pause those creatives manually. Buuse cannot revoke them on your behalf.
Step 3. Confirm with the customer
Send a short email confirming the removal and the date. This protects you if there is ever a question about timing.
